Returns policy

We don’t offer returns or refunds, but we’re here to make things right if there’s a problem with your order. If your candle arrives damaged or has a wick issue, please contact us within 7 continuous days of delivery. Send a photo and short video so we can take a look. If the issue is confirmed, we’ll gladly send you a replacement. If you prefer not to receive a replacement, we can offer a store credit for the same amount, which never expires.
