PUMAROSA LLC does not accept returns or issue refunds. All sales are final.
Exchanges may be offered on a discretionary basis in limited cases, such as verified transit damage or product defects, subject to the conditions outlined in our Exchange Policy. Customers must contact us with proof of purchase and supporting details for evaluation.

Due to the nature of our handcrafted and small-batch products, and the safety considerations associated with candles and fragrance items, we cannot guarantee replacements for items that have been used, burned, or altered in any way.

Section 21 - Liability for Workshops and In-Person Experiences
By participating in any PUMAROSA-led in-person activity (including candle-making and reed diffuser workshops), you agree to do so voluntarily and at your own risk. You release PUMAROSA LLC teams and its affiliates from liability for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur during or as a result of your participation. Safety instructions provided must be followed at all times.

Section 22 - Wholesale Partners
Wholesale relationships are subject to separate agreements. However, by purchasing through any wholesale arrangement with PUMAROSA LLC, partners agree not to misrepresent the brand, modify packaging or branding, or resell in unauthorized marketplaces. PUMAROSA LLC reserves the right to terminate wholesale relationships at its sole discretion if these terms are violated.
