Custom Scent Blends
Our studio's perfumers create the ultimate olfactory experience for you by blending and layering the scent notes of up to 3 oils you select from hundreds of our exclusive essences!
** Custom scent blends cost $337.50 USD and requires a minimum purchase of 50 candles. For Bulk Orders of 500+ Candles, 100% of the scent blend fee is credited toward your purchase**
Custom Scent Blends typically take 3-4 weeks to develop, which allows for mailing and sampling of the blends before approval of your final custom blend!

Our essential oils and essences are sourced in the US, clean burning, extracted from flowers, barks, leaves, and fruits, then carefully blended in our Seattle studio for the best artisan scents with zero additives, and no phthalates or parabens and 100% organic soy wax.
What are your candles made of?
Our candles are crafted from high-quality, natural soy wax and premium fragrance oils. We prioritize using eco-friendly and sustainable materials to ensure a clean and long-lasting burn.
How long do your candles burn?
The burn time for our candles varies depending on the size. On average, our candles burn for 40-60 hours. For best results, we recommend trimming the wick to 1/4 inch before each use.
Are your candles safe for pets and children?
Yes, our candles are made with non-toxic ingredients that are safe for use around pets and children. However, as with all candles, we recommend keeping them out of reach of small children and pets and never leaving a burning candle unattended.
How can I get the best performance from my candle?
To get the most out of your Puma Rosa Candle, allow it to burn for at least 2-3 hours on the first use. This will create an even wax pool and prevent tunneling. Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting to ensure a clean and even burn.
Do you offer custom or personalized candles?
Yes, we offer custom fragrance blends and personalized labels for special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements and get a quote.
Can I return or exchange a candle if I'm not satisfied?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your candle, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We offer returns or exchanges for unused candles in their original packaging.
Safety
Burning Instructions
For best results, keep the wick centered and trimmed to ¼’’. Burn the Candle for at least 2 hours for each burn. Keep candle free from any foreign matter matches, wick trimmings, etc. Place on a protected, fire-resistant surface. Do not place the lid on the container while burning. Discontinue use when ½’’ of wax remains in the candle container.
Warning: Failure to follow instructions could result in fire hazard or injury. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire. Avoid drafts and excessive vibrations. The container may become hot while burning a candle. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Do you ship internationally?
All US orders ship via USPS unless otherwise listed.
Shipping rates are for regular USPS mail which includes tracking.
As a heads up, carriers are currently experiencing delays in scanning their packages to update the tracking. We have seen some orders take up to a week to update with an estimated delivery date.
Signature required delivery can be requested for an additional fee.
In the event of a lost or missing package:
If you need our assistance with a lost/missing package, please follow these steps before contacting us:
1) Verify your address is correct on the order.
2) Double-check with family, friends, roommates, neighbors, etc... to see if they received the package on your behalf.
3) Speak to your local USPS office regarding the lost package (International Customers please speak to your local customs office instead).
4) Speak directly to your local mail carrier regarding the package. They will often know where the package was left if it was delivered.
Once you have this information, we will be more than happy to assess if there is something further we can do for you.
In addition, once the package has left our studio and tracking information confirms that it is in possession of the United States Postal Service another mail carrier- Pumarosa is no longer responsible for the item.
Drop Shipping
Do You Offer Complementary shipping?
We offer complimentary gift wrap and drop shipping (gifts can be sent directly from you to a specified recipient). We can also include a personal message and card in the package. Use the notes form in the shopping cart to detail the message you'd like sent along with the package. (Don’t forget to sign your name!)
Please be sure that the address you entered is correct. If the address is incorrect, your order may be delayed or canceled. If items need to be re-shipped, the customer will incur a second shipping charge.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to love the items you purchase! If you don't or it's not what you were hoping for we will accept returns for a credit in the store. Returns must be made within 2 weeks.
